Round side table in Louis XVI style with one drawer. The tabletop is bordered by an openwork brass gallery. The brass trim has been cleaned and polished.

At the center of the top is a floral marquetry made of various precious woods: a bouquet of flowers with two large, light blossoms set in lemonwood, surrounded by smaller blossoms, buds, and a delicate leaf tendril. Leaves and petals are engraved and darkly inlaid. The circular field of cross-laid rosewood is bordered by a narrow ribbon inlay frieze.

The apron is decorated with a continuous band of inlaid ebony and lemonwood strips, rhythmically structuring the curve. The drawer is flush-mounted and follows the continuous pattern, so it is barely visible. The drawer itself is made of solid oak and dovetailed.

Three slender, curved legs support the body. They end in brass sabots and connect halfway up with a round undershelf. This shows a radially laid veneer pattern: narrow segments run outwards from a central point, creating a sunburst grain framed by a narrow border frieze.

Ebony, rosewood, lemonwood, and mahogany were used for the inlays and veneers.
